About the Founder

Amy is a pediatric speech-language pathologist by training, with a career that has evolved into a passion for building brands, growing businesses, and fostering meaningful connections.

Early in her career in Boston, Amy worked at a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice specializing in speech, physical, and occupational therapy. While grounded in clinical care, she quickly found herself drawn to the strategic and operational side of the business. She went on to build and lead the speech division, ultimately becoming Director of the Speech Department and growing it into one of the top speech programs in Boston.

Beyond the clinic, Amy expanded the practice’s reach by organizing support services for children in local private schools and cultivating strong partnerships with pediatricians and neurologists throughout the community. Her ability to connect people, identify needs, and create thoughtful solutions became a defining strength.

After relocating for her husband’s career, Amy continued leading social media and brand efforts remotely before stepping into a new role at a local hospital, where she was brought on to rebuild and develop an outpatient speech therapy department from the ground up.

During the pandemic, Amy took time at home with her young children—an experience that prompted her to reflect on her career and passions. It was then she realized she had been doing what she loved all along: building brands, creating systems, and connecting people in meaningful ways.

That realization led to the creation of Seacoast Strategy, where Amy brings her unique blend of clinical insight, business acumen, and relationship-driven approach to help brands grow with intention. Through her work, she aims to deliver the same value, joy, and connection that have defined her career from the very beginning.
